One of the very best things about December is mail. Good old fashioned snail mail. Cards created with glitter, glue, and ink. Letters full of news month by month. Photos of families you see rarely. Packages full of cookies and toys and socks and stuff to open on special days.

I, myself, love to send mail anytime. When I was younger, I had a pen pal in Oregon. Now, I write to everyone I can. I send packages all across the land. I love knowing someone will smile when the see a ‘not bill’ in their mailbox! Blessings of all shapes and sizes in envelopes and boxes ready to spread love and good cheer.
