One of the blessing prompts for this month was yellow. I wanted to use an absolute awesome photo…but alas, it looked much better on the camera screen than it did when it was enlarged. I may share it tomorrow. These birch leaves are outside the kitchen window and when it rains they drip color. Now, with fall approaching, they drip golds and greens. The colors smoothly intersect with each other in patterns only found in nature. You can see the green melting away into gold with the encroaching seasonal march of time. What a blessing these tiny leaves are! This year I’ve been able to watch them bud, burst into leaf, listen to them chatter in the wind, and now I see them finish their lives and fall. Beautiful!
